Sausage &  Mushroom Ragu

...with creamy parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients:

Salt

Pepper

Mushrooms

Tomato Paste

Olive Oil

Garlic

Sausage

Onions

Broth

Sear the pork, then transfer to a plate

Cook the onion, garlic and mushrooms

Add sausage plus tomato paste, oregano, & broth

Cook 1 hour until a thick ragu

Cream Sauce: add butter & garlic

Add cream, parmesan, oregano

Layer: cream sauce, pasta, ragu
