This stew is full of flavor, melt-in-your-mouth beef, yucca (or potatoes), onions, & tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Beef Short Ribs

Olive Oil

Yellow onion

Tomato Paste

Diced tomatoes

Garlic

Oregano

Bay Leaf

Fresh Cilantro

Red Wine

Beef Broth

Yucca root (or potato)

AP flour

Salt, black pepper

Coat beef with flour, salt, pepper, then sear on all sides.

Deglaze with wine

Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker.

Mix & set slow cooker to 6 or 8 hours depending on your schedule.
