This Pork Ribeye Roast with a silky, sweet, savory, and buttery Orange Sauce is so easy, but so amazing.

Ingredients:

~ Onions, medium ~ Pork Ribeye or Pork Loin ~ Salt, black pepper, paprika ~ Orange juice ~ Butter, salted ~ Brown sugar (Light or dark) ~ Fresh Ginger & Garlic, minced ~ Dried oregano ~ Orange, zested and sliced ~ Cornstarch & Cold Water ~ Chicken broth or stock

Make Sauce

Combine the orange juice, fresh orange zest, chicken broth, butter, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and oregano in a small pot over medium heat.

Prep Pork roast

Season the pork roast on all sides with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on top of chopped onions in a roasting pan.

Roast for 1 hour. At 20 minutes and 40 minutes, baste the pork with 1/4 cup of the orange sauce. 

Finish the Sauce

Scrape up the bottom of the roasting pan with a 1/4 cup of hot water.  Then pour the drippings into the orange sauce. Mix the cornstarch & cold water,  then whisk into the sauce.
