Tapioca Flour

Mozzarella

Eggs

Milk & Butter

Heat milk & butter to melt.  Pour into tapioca flour mixed with salt.

Mix until incorporated, it will still be pretty dry.

Beat and add the eggs.  Mix thoroughly.

Really get in there to mix, with your hands if needed.

 Then let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes to really absorb the liquid.

After resting, mix in the cheeses, using a fork or hands if necessary.

Roll into golf ball size balls and place on greased or lined pan.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until starting to get golden brown.
