Sauteed Kale with Bacon and Garlic

Sauteed Kale with Bacon and Garlic is an easy and delicious Memorial Day Side Dish!

Goes great with Grilled foods  ~ Hamburgers  ~ Hot dogs  ~ Steaks  ~ Chicken


~ 5 cup Kale leaves, sliced thin ~ 3 slices Bacon ~ 2 cloves Garlic, minced ~ ½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)

Rinse the kale, strip the leaves off, then slice into thin strips.


Dice the bacon and cook until the fat is rendered and the bacon is crispy.


Add the garlic and the kale to the bacon. Cook for 5-8 minutes.


Serve and Enjoy!!
