This recipe is actually a Brazilian Black Bean Puree recipe, but is great option instead of pinto bean refried beans. 

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

Dry Black Beans or canned Garlic, roughly chopped Chili Powder Ground Cumin Salt & Ground black pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh Cilantro leaves Optional: ¼ cup Cassava Flour

Pre-soak Dry beans OR use canned beans

Cook beans + garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and cilantro leaves

Transfer cooked beans to food processor

Puree until your desired texture
