Flan Recipe with Caramel Sauce

This Brazilian Flan recipe, or Pudim, is a custard dessert that is creamy, rich, and delicious! Get all of the tips and tricks to make this!

Ingredients:

For the Custard ~ 4 eggs ~ 2 cups whole milk ~ 28 oz sweet condensed milk For the Caramel Sauce ~ 1 cup sugar ~ 1/4 cup Water

Blend eggs, milk, condensed milk

Melt sugar in pan

Add water to make caramel sauce

Pour caramel into flan pan

Cover with aluminum, place in water bath, bake

Let the flan set in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight

Place a platter over the flan, then flip to invert it onto the platter.
