Brazilian steaks are generally seasoned very simply with coarse salt to bring out the flavor of the meat. This recipe gives a beautifully easy sauce to finish the steak.

Ingredients:

- Beef tenderloin medallions - Coarse Salt - Olive Oil - Butter, unsalted - Garlic, minced - Beef Broth or stock - Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Season steaks with coarse salt

Sear steaks in hot pan with olive oil

Cook for just a few minutes on each side

While beef rests, add butter, garlic, & broth to pan to simmer.
