Limes are not just for pies or tarts, they are delicious in a cake!!

This is such a delicious and moist Vanilla Cake with Lime!

Cake Ingredients:

Grease a 4-quart cake tube or bundt pan

Cream butter and sugar

Mix in 1 egg at a time

Zest and Juice limes

Mix in vanilla, lime Juice and zest

Alternately add flour and milk

Add batter to cake pan. Bake 350 F degrees

for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

Make Lime Glaze: butter, condensed milk, lime zest & juice

Warm and mix to combine. Pour over cake

Pour over cake

Serve & Enjoy
