This Panko chicken recipe is crispy & crunchy and everyone loves it! You can pan fry or bake in the oven for an easy family dinner!

Simple Ingredients

Slice the chicken breasts

TIP!!!!   If you slice frozen chicken, it is MUCH easier to slice and get even pieces! 

Mix panko, salt, garlic powder, & parsley or cilantro

Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with panko mix

Test 1 piece of chicken in the hot oil to see if it sizzles

Then add 3-4 more pieces (don't overcrowd)
