Inspired by Portuguese Caldo Verde, a traditional soup with kale or cabbage and potatoes.

Simple Ingredients:

Boil the chicken in broth, then shred.

TIP!   Use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken

Cook the onions

Add the potatoes and garlic.

Add the broth and cook until potatoes are tender

Blend potatoes with immersion blender or standing blender

You can blend until desired consistency.

Mix in shredded kale and cook 10 min.

Mix in shredded chicken.
