Brazilian Chocolate Truffles

Brigadeiros are traditional Brazilian chocolate dessert truffles rolled in sprinkles. You won't believe how easy they are to make!

Let’s get started!

- 1 tablespoon Butter, salted - 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk - 4 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - Pinch of Salt - 1 cup Sprinkles - 24 Mini cupcake liners

Mix Ingredients

To a pot, add the butter, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and pinch of salt. Heat on low-medium heat and whisk together to combine.

Cook to thicken

Cook for 4-5 minutes stirring as it thickens. It is done when a spatula scraped along the bottom leaves a trail for 3-5 seconds. Remove from the heat.

Cool Chocolate

Butter a shallow dish and pour the chocolate into the dish. Place in the refrigerator to cool for 15-20 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Scoop and Roll Balls

Once the chocolate has firmed up and cooled, scoop a tablespoon of it up and then roll it into a ball. Roll the brigadeiro in sprinkles and then place in mini cupcake paper liners.

Serve and Enjoy!!
