Brigadeiro Chocolate  Bundt  Cake

This is a delicious Brazilian Chocolate Cake with a brigadeiro chocolate sauce poured over top.

Cake Ingredients:

Brigadeiro Topping Ingredients:

Sweetened Condensed Milk

 Butter

 Chocolate

 Sprinkles

Beat Egg Whites to stiff peaks

Cream Butter and Sugar, add yolks & vanilla

Alternate mixing in  flour & milk with a spoon

Mix until all combined

Mix in melted chocolate

Fold in the egg whites.  Add baking powder-milk combined.

Bake for 60-70 minutes.

Melt butter and chocolate in a pot, mix in condensed milk.

Pour topping over cake, add sprinkles
