Brazilian Pizza is thin, crispy, and filled with delicious toppings... mozzarella cheese, cabresa sausage, & olives. 

Here I give you the recipe, tips, and tricks for making it right at home.


Pizza Dough: Active Dry Yeast, Sugar Warm Water, Flour, Salt, Olive Oil  Pizza Toppings Tomato Sauce, Shredded or sliced Mozzarella cheese, Dried Oregano, Cooked Calabresa sausage (or other cooked sausage), Kalamata olives, pitted OPTIONAL: Yellow onion, thinly sliced

Proof the yeast: Add warm water to active dry yeast and sugar. Stir and let sit 5-10 minutes.


Add Olive Oil, the flour, and salt. Mix to combine & form a ball.


On a floured surface, knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.


Transfer to a large bowl coated with olive oil. Let sit for 30-60 minutes...


...until doubled in size.


Punch it down to release the air bubbles. Cut the dough into thirds for 3 large pizzas.


Add sauce, cheese, oregano, sausage, and olives.  Bake 10-15 minutes.
